Quiet Time Before Getting Up

DIETY & DIVINTY LEVELS and FUNCTIONS
I. Deity and Divinity
The universe of universes presents phenomena of deity activities on diverse levels of cosmic realities, mind meanings, and spirit values, but all of these ministrations – personal or otherwise – are divinely co-ordinated.
DEITY is personalizable as God, is prepersonal and superpersonal in ways not altogether comprehensible by man. Deity is characterized by the quality of unity – actual or potential – on all supermaterial levels of reality; and this unifying quality is best comprehended by creatures as divinity.
Deity functions on personal, prepersonal, and superpersonal levels. Total Deity is functional on the following seven levels:
1. Static – self-contained and self-existent Deity.
2. Potential – self-willed and self-purposive Deity.
3. Associative – self-personalized and divinely fraternal Deity.
4. Creative – self-distributive and divinely revealed Deity.
5. Evolutional – self-expansive and creature-identified Deity.
6. Supreme – self-experiential and creature-Creator-unifying Deity. Deity functioning on the first creature-identificational level as time-space overcontrollers of the grand universe, sometimes designated the Supremacy of Deity.
7. Ultimate – self-projected and time-space-transcending Deity. Deity omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent. Deity functioning on the second level of unifying divinity expression as effective overcontrollers and absonite upholders of the master universe. As compared with the ministry of the Deities to the grand universe, this absonite function in the master universe is tantamount to universal overcontrol and supersustenance, sometimes called the Ultimacy of Deity.
The finite level of reality is characterized by creature life and time-space limitations. Finite realities may not have endings, but they always have beginnings – they are created. The Deity level of Supremacy may be conceived as a function in relation to finite existences.
The absonite level of reality is characterized by things and beings without beginnings or endings and by the transcendence of time and space. Absoniters are not created; they are eventuated – they simply are. The Deity level of Ultimacy connotes a function in relation to absonite realities. No matter in what part of the master universe, whenever time and space are transcended, such an absonite phenomenon is an act of the Ultimacy of Deity.
The absolute level is beginningless, endless, timeless, and spaceless. For example: On Paradise, time and space are nonexistent; the time-space status of Paradise is absolute. This level is Trinity attained, existentially, by the Paradise Deities, but this third level of unifying Deity expression is not fully unified experientially. Whenever, wherever, and however the absolute level of Deity functions, Paradise-absolute values and meanings are manifest.
Deity may be existential, as in the Eternal Son; experiential, as in the Supreme Being; associative, as in God the Sevenfold; undivided, as in the Paradise Trinity.

THE FIRST AND ONLY FATHER GOD

The Universal Father
THE Universal Father is the God of all creation, the First Source and Center of all things and beings. First think of God as a creator, then as a controller, and lastly as an infinite upholder. The truth about the Universal Father had begun to dawn upon mankind when the prophet said: “You, God, are alone; there is none beside you. You have created the heaven and the heaven of heavens, with all their hosts; you preserve and control them. By the Sons of God were the universes made. The Creator covers himself with light as with a garment and stretches out the heavens as a curtain.” Only the concept of the Universal Father – one God in the place of many gods – enabled mortal man to comprehend the Father as divine creator and infinite controller.
The myriads of planetary systems were all made to be eventually inhabited by many different types of intelligent creatures, beings who could know God, receive the divine affection, and love him in return. The universe of universes is the work of God and the dwelling place of his diverse creatures. “God created the heavens and formed the earth; he established the universe and created this world not in vain; he formed it to be inhabited.”
The enlightened worlds all recognize and worship the Universal Father, the eternal maker and infinite upholder of all creation. The will creatures of universe upon universe have embarked upon the long, long Paradise journey, the fascinating struggle of the eternal adventure of attaining God the Father. The transcendent goal of the children of time is to find the eternal God, to comprehend the divine nature, to recognize the Universal Father. God-knowing creatures have only one supreme ambition, just one consuming desire, and that is to become, as they are in their spheres, like him as he is in his Paradise perfection of personality and in his universal sphere of righteous supremacy. From the Universal Father who inhabits eternity there has gone forth the supreme mandate, “Be you perfect, even as I am perfect.” In love and mercy the messengers of Paradise have carried this divine exhortation down through the ages and out through the universes, even to such lowly animal-origin creatures as the human races of Urantia.
This magnificent and universal injunction to strive for the attainment of the perfection of divinity is the first duty, and should be the highest ambition, of all the struggling creature creation of the God of perfection. This possibility of the attainment of divine perfection is the final and certain destiny of all man’s eternal spiritual progress.
Urantia mortals can hardly hope to be perfect in the infinite sense, but it is entirely possible for human beings, starting out as they do on this planet, to attain the supernal and divine goal which the infinite God has set for mortal man; and when they do achieve this destiny, they will, in all that pertains to self-realization and mind attainment, be just as replete in their sphere of divine perfection as God himself is in his sphere of infinity and eternity. Such perfection may not be universal in the material sense, unlimited in intellectual grasp, or final in spiritual experience, but it is final and complete in all finite aspects of divinity of will, perfection of personality motivation, and God-consciousness.
This is the true meaning of that divine command, “Be you perfect, even as I am perfect,” which ever urges mortal man onward and beckons him inward in that long and fascinating struggle for the attainment of higher and higher levels of spiritual values and true universe meanings. This sublime search for the God of universes is the supreme adventure of the inhabitants of all the worlds of time and space.

GOD'S WAY ARE NOT OUR WAYS...YOUR WAYS ARE NOT MY WAYS...WITH GOD. ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE...IS IT POSSIBLE THEN, THAT GOD'S WAYS FOR ME, ARE NOT GODS WAYS FOR YOU?...OF COURSE IT IS...WHY THEN DO WE KEEP TRYING TO MAKE EACH OTHER BELIEVE THE SAME THINGS ABOUT GOD?...JESUS SAID WE SHOULD FOLLOW ("MY") COMMANDMENTS...THERE IS NOTHING IN HIS COMMANDMENTS THAT SAYS ANYTHING OTHER THAN LOVE HIS FATHER FIRST AND LOVE EACH OTHER AS WE WOULD LOVE OURSELVES...HOW MANY OF YOU KNOW WHETHER HE SAID THAT BEFORE OR AFTER HE ROSE AGAIN...HMMM...HOW MANY PEOPLE UNDERSTAND GOD'S LOVE AND ARE QUIETLY LIVING THEIR LIVES IN A MANNER FAR EXCEEDING WHAT WE OURSELVES ARE DOING...I BELIEVE AND AM GUILTY OF HAVING SOMEONE OTHER THAN JESUS KNOW HOW GOOD A PERSON I AM...HOW PRIDEFUL IS THAT?...HOW OFTEN DO WE GATHER SO OTHERS WILL SEE HOW MUCH WE BELIEVE...HMMM...ARE YOU FOLLOWING THE WAYS OF JESUS. OR THE WAYS OF MAN?...WE ARE NOT PREDISPOSED TO ANYTHING THAT GOD DID NOT PLAN...HIS SON GIVES US A WAY OUT OF ALL TRIALS...LOVE TO ALL...DAVE...

THE CROSS LIFE GANG
we have to share we have to care...right down to our underwear...joy for life and joy in Jesus...because we know he'll never leave us...pick up our cross and carry on...the promised land will not be long...onward Christians...soldier on... we armor up...the game is on...with our king who's by our side the coming of the dawn...the glory is His we try to see...we are trying to live like him, and he is here with me...Dave...
AS WE BEGIN OUR LIFE JOURNEY, JESUS IS OUR BEGINNING, AND HE WILL BE WITH US TO THE GLORY OF HEAVEN...SPIRITUAL ACCEPTANCE GIVES WAY TO PRACTICAL AND EARTHLY ACCEPTANCE...THROUGH JESUS, WE NO LONGER SEE OTHERS AS COMPETITIVE OR UNWORTHY...WE ACCEPT THEM FOR WHO THEY ARE AND LOVE AND PRAY FOR THEM AS MUCH AS WE ARE ABLE..THE FACTS OF LIFE MELD WITH THE FACTS OF DEATH IN JESUS...THE CROSS LIFE IS NOT A BURDEN, BUT A BOUNTY OF GRACE AND MERCY...I BELIEVE JESUS TOLD US HE WOULD NEVER PUT MORE ON US THAN WE CAN HANDLE, SO THE TRUE BELIEVER WOULD HAVE SOME EXTRA BURDENS TO TAKE FROM SOMEONE WHO WAS IN NEED...IT IS WRITTEN HE WOULD ALSO GIVE US A WAY OUT...IT IS OBVIOUS TO ME THAT IS NOT A RIDDLE...JESUS IS ALWAYS THE WAY OUT...JOBS TRIALS WERE NOT SO HEAVY THAT HE COULD NOT GET THROUGH THEM WITH HIS KNOWLEDGE OF TRUE FAITH IN GOD...HE ACCEPTED WHATEVER THE DEVIL BROUGHT...HE DID QUESTION GOD'S MOTIVES, BUT NEVER DENIED HIM...NAKED I CAME AND NAKED I WILL RETURN...GOD'S PLAN IS PERFECT...WE ACCEPT EVERYTHING WE ARE GIVEN AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH DAY...WE CAN BE UNITED IN PURPOSE...PRAISE, LOVE, SERVICE...WE REPENT, ASK FORGIVENESS, AND WORSHIP EVERY NIGHT...WE ARE THE LIGHTS IN THE DARKNESS FOR ALL MANKIND...WE ACCEPT IT IS NOT ABOUT RELIGION...WE HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED INTO THE SPIRIT OF CHRIST...OUR RELATIONSHIP IS THAT OF KING AND SERVANT AND ALSO OF BROTHER AND CHILDREN OF GOD OUR FATHER...ACCEPTANCE GIVES US THE FREEDOM AND JOY TO EMBRACE OTHERS AS FAMILY AND LEAD THEM TO THE TRUTH OF JESUS...NOT ALL WILL GO AND WE ACCEPT THAT ALSO...I BELIEVE CARNAL AND SPIRITUAL ACCEPTANCE MUST WORK TOGETHER AND BOTH ARE OF EXTREME IMPORTANCE BEFORE WE CAN MOVE ON TO THE NEXT PART OF OUR JOURNEY OF GRACE, MERCY, AND GOD'S NEVER CHANGING AND BOUNDLESS LOVE FOR US ALL...ACCEPTANCE IS A PERSONAL CHOICE...CHOOSE WELL...CHOOSE JESUS...I DO...TBOD

THE ONLY THING YOU CAN DO FOR THOSE IN NEED IS TO GET THEM TO JESUS IF THEY CHOOSE TO GO...TAKING CARE OF THEIR PHYSICAL NEED IS A START TO GETTING THEM TO BELIEVE THERE IS A BETTER LIFE OUT THERE...PRAY WITH THEM AND FOR THEM AS OFTEN AS YOU ARE ABLE...THE JESUS IN YOU WILL SHOW THROUGH AND HOPE WILL ARRIVE FOR OTHERS...HOW'S YOUR JESUS?...

Thanks be to God!
Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke the loaves. Then he gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the people. They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over. Matthew 14:19,20
For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools. Romans 1:20-22 KJV
Do you not know that when you present yourselves to someone as slaves for obedience, you are slaves of the one whom you obey, either of sin resulting in death, or of obedience resulting in righteousness? But thanks be to God that though you were slaves of sin, you became obedient from the heart to that form of teaching to which you were committed, and having been freed from sin, you became slaves of righteousness. Thanks be unto God for His wonderful gift: Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God is the object of our faith; the only faith that saves is faith in Him.
